Frequently Asked Questions - Executive Coaching

Executive Coaching

What is it?

Executive Coaching is an opportunity to have support for your development at work on a one-to-one basis. The main goal of Executive Coaching is to take your development to the next level and to assist you in formulating solutions to your work challenges and difficulties. Executive coaching is an individualised approach to your professional development that focuses on results and outcomes.

Is it for me or my organisation?

Executive Coaching is for you if you have a specific issue at work that you want to work on – for example, dealing with conflict or a difficult member of staff, time management or presentation skills.

Using an external coach can mean an opportunity to take time to reflect on the best ways to improve yourself and your career issues.

How does it work?

Executive Coaching starts with finding out the issues you want to work on and contacting how we are going to work together. From there we meet on a one to one basis to find out more about the issue and how to work on it. This may include some actions to take which we will review in the next meeting.

Coaching can take place in Diana’s meeting room or on site at an organization.

How much is it?

Costs depend on the issue and how long it takes. For individuals and organizations that are looking for coaches please contact us.
